**For the states that offer Saturday shipping your order must be placed by Thursday at 11am Eastern prior to the release to secure Saturday shipping. Orders placed after Thursday at 11am Eastern will ship Monday after the release. Please note that not all areas are available for Saturday shipping. Click on the description of the product/state to see when it starts shipping. For areas that ship PRIOR to Saturday before the release, your order needs to be placed 48 hours prior to the scheduled ship date in order for your order to ship on the date that shipping starts. Please note that if you place an order on Wednesday for a product that has a ship date of Thursday, your order is not guaranteed to ship on the ship date listed on the website. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order in that case.

We understand coupons are time sensitive, therefore putting a time frame on an issue so we can resolve it immediately.
