Can I pay using a Debit or Credit card?


Yes, you can!! Select all the products you would like, add them to your shopping cart. Continue through the check out process. You will click on check out with Paypal. The very last step where you would log into your paypal account is where you would select to pay with a credit or debit card. Under the log into your Paypal there is an option to pay with a debit or credit card.




I don't see my state available to order, what do I do?


You can order coupons from ANY state and use them in YOUR state. The possibilities are NOW endless, the amount of money you can save your family just reached a new level with access to the BEST there is AND delivered right to your door. We ship to every state within the U.S.




When will I receive my coupon insert order?


The ship date is on each product, at the top and also in the description of that product. Orders are shipped using USPS 2-3 priority shipping. This is NOT a guaranteed time, just an estimate.




When will previews be available?

Do I have to order coupon inserts in increments of 10?


We offer subscriptions for select areas that come in increments of 8,10 or 12 sets weekly. To view which areas are available for subscriptions please click on the subscription tab at the top.




Why can't I order two different packages but pay only one shipping amount.


Each package (state) is shipped directly from that state therefore we are not able to combine different packages into one shipment.




Where is my order shipping from?


Your coupon inserts will ship directly from the state you select. We do this in order to get your inserts to you the fastest way possible.




Why are there different ship dates on the states?


Each states ship date can vary due to when it's availble to us. Please check each ship date prior to ordering.




Can I purchase SmartSource only or Retail Me Not Only?


Yes you can!! Scroll past all of our full sets and you will see options for SmartSource only and Retail Me Not only.

Can I get a discount?


Absolutely!! We have a few different options for discounts. 1) Please subscribe to our website as we mail out coupon codes for discounts frequently. 2) If you purchase weekly we offer a VIP loyalty discount. In order to qualify you must purchase for four consecutive weeks and continue to purchase weekly in order to keep your VIP discount code. Single Regions:

ALL ORDERS ARE DROP SHIPPED FROM THEIR LOCATION. PLEASE MAKE SEPARATE ORDERS FOR EACH STATE/REGION. 

Saturday shipping is available for some states (read the description)  IF you order by Thursday at 11am Eastern PRIOR to the release date for a state that offers Saturday shipping, you are GUARANTEED Saturday shipping.  All orders placed after Thursday at 11am Eastern will ship Monday AFTER the release. Please allow 48 hours to process and ship your order if your product has an expected ship date other then Saturday. Please note that not all areas are available for Saturday shipping. Click on the description of the product to see when it starts shipping.

For areas that ship PRIOR to Saturday before the release, your order needs to be placed 48 hours prior to the scheduled ship date in order for your order to ship on the date that shipping starts. Please note that if you place an order on Wednesday for a product that has a ship date of Thursday, your order is not guaranteed to ship on the ship date listed on the website. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order in that case.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once I print your label

REFUND POLICY:

We have a No Refund Policy and a No Cancellation Policy. Please keep in mind that I offer different states/areas, so inserts will vary. No refunds if you didn't get a certain coupon since there are many versions. No refunds/replacements if you did not put your correct address. Once your package leaves my hands I am not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages. If your package arrives damaged I will provide all the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS.  All orders are shipped Priority 2-3 day mail, this is NOT a guaranteed time delivery.  We do not accept returns due to ordering only and exactly what the customer orders, it is the customers responsibility to select the correct packages. We do have a NO CANCELLATION Policy, BUT if a request for a cancellation of an order is submitted and we are able to pull your order in time (before the order starts being processed) there is a 25% restocking fee.

If your package is delayed, there is a 15 day waiting period before you can file a claim with USPS.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct inserts, use the correct shipping address and are having your order shipped to a secure location. 

IF a refund must be processed you are responsible for ALL PayPal fees incurred including the fees we incur.
